Automotive Tools Sales Adviser

As a Customer Service Sales Adviser, you will be responsible for assisting customers in placing orders, managing returns, dealing with enquiries and providing exceptional customer service overall throughout the sales process.,

• Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, or online platforms.


• Provide product information, pricing details, and delivery information to customers.


• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.


• Manage returns claims that adheres to company policy.


• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products to customers.
  
  Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the Automotive sector.


• Knowledge of automotive tools and equipment is .


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.


• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
