Bank Kitchen Worker

· preparation and serving of food to residents.

· General cleaning and tidying of the kitchen and appliances.

· Set up and clean the dining room.

· Be aware of and adhere to COSHH guidelines.

· Keep accurate records in line with the guidance from Environmental Health who visit on an annual basis to inspect the kitchen.

· Adhere to all cleaning schedules.

· Report any faults with equipment in the kitchen area.

· Liaise with Care staff regarding any special diets required by residents.

· Complete Food Hygiene training and any other relevant training.

· Adhere to all Horizon Healthcare Ltd rules, policies and procedures.

· Observe any legislative requirements applicable to your role at all times.

· To be safety conscious at all times and adhere to any safety guidelines set down.

· To be aware of and have regard for Fire Regulations and Procedures.
