Banqueting Sous Chef

As our Banqueting Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in leading our banqueting kitchen team. You'll support the Head Chef in delivering high-volume, high-quality catering for a wide range of events - from elegant weddings to corporate functions and special occasions. You'll be hands-on with planning, prep, and service, ensuring consistency, efficiency and excellent presentation, no matter the size or style of the event. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role that's perfect for someone with strong banqueting experience. What we need from you

• Banqueting experience - You've worked in events or large-scale catering and know what it takes to deliver exceptional food under pressure.
• Leadership - Confident leading a team and stepping up when the Head Chef isn't around.
• Organisation - You thrive on planning ahead and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
• Attention to detail - Whether it's 20 covers or 200, your standards never slip.
• Team focus - You'll work closely with our chefs, front-of-house and events teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
