Bar and Floor Supervisor

As a Bar and Floor Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading the team and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality hospitality experience at Rangers FC.

• Lead, train, and motivate bar and floor staff during busy shifts
• Monitor service speed and quality, keeping queues moving during busy periods and half-time rushes
• Oversee the smooth running of the bar and floor areas throughout each shift
• Monitor stock levels, restock counters, and coordinate with cellar teams when required
• Oversee till operations and support with end-of-night close down
• Ensure licensing requirements, including Challenge 25, are followed at all times
• Ensure Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards are consistently maintained
• Work closely with managers and the wider hospitality team to deliver excellent service
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

  Previous supervisory experience within a busy bar, pub, events venue, or hospitality environment is essential
• Confident team leader with the ability to motivate and support others
• Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Good understanding of licensing, Health & Safety, and Food Hygiene requirements
• Flexible availability to work matchdays, evenings, and weekends
• Genuine interest in the hospitality industry and willingness to learn and develop new skills
