Bar Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, team management, and hospitality. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Personal licence required, Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar
- Train, supervise, and schedule bar staff
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Create innovative drink menus and promotions
- Manage budgets and control costs effectively

Proven experience in bar management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food production, bartending, and kitchen operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
