Bar And Restaurant Supervisor

The Bar & Restaurant Supervisor will be at the forefront of our busy food and beverage operation reporting to the General Manager. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day of the club’s Front of House operation. Your duties will include working the bar, leading and training the front of house team, maintaining the correct stock levels in line with budgets, and managing ResDiary. This is a 35 hours per week contract.
