Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, your role will focus on the preparation and service of hot and cold beverages during breakfast and lunch service. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment! As Barista key aspects of your role will include:

• Prepare beverages during service both hot and cold
• Assist with stocking all operational equipment to ensure a smooth service
• Understand the importance of timely service and maintain high levels of standards
• Communicate any important guest information to the team and management
• Take responsibility for ensuring a seamless guest experience
