Beauty Therapist

As a Beauty Therapist in our Spa you will be responsible for meeting and greeting the guests, anticipating their needs and exceed their expectations at every opportunity. Apart from carrying out beauty and massage treatments, you will take bookings and keep the bookings system up to date. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the spa and restocking fruits, water and towel supplies are also part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be knowledgeable about, and be able to promote, the spa and the services and facilities on offer. You will be selling to and advising customers on Decleor treatments and your natural rapport with people will ensure a positive customer experience to maximise occupancy and the meeting of your treatment sales targets What we need from you: You will be a highly-motivated industry professional, ideally someone who has worked in a similar role although full Decleor training will be provided free of charge. You will be an excellent and confident communicator with exceptional people and care skills You'll be qualified to HND or SVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy. Friendly and cheerful, you'll take a pride in your own appearance, your work and your workplace. You must be articulate, hardworking and a great team player, who's keen to further your career and learn new skills. This position may require some shift work, working weekends (although we strive to a full weekend off a month) and some very occasional evenings. What'll you'll get from us
