Temporary for 12 months


We may conduct our interviews in person or using Microsoft Teams for video calling. All you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. We will provide guidance and instructions on how to use this method if your interview is being held virtually.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Benefits Team within North Ayrshire. The role requires someone who can work in a fast pace environment and work as part of a team, processing Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction and Discretionary Housing payment claims accurately and on time.
