Breakfast Cook

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes on our breakfast menu to fit in with the high standard of our other menu offerings., Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards set out by Kieran, our head chef
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
- Monitor food stock and pass on orders to kitchen team where necessary
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen area
- Follow proper food handling procedures and food safety guidelines

Proven experience in breakfast preparation in a culinary setting
- Knowledge of kitchen operations in a restaurant setting
- Understanding of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
