Breakfast Supervisor

The hotel is ideally looking for staff with previous experience of working in a high-quality establishment covering breakfast.,

• Hours of work would be 7am to 4pm 5 days per week. Extra hours available.


Monachyle is situated on its own 2000 acre estate. The hotel itself has 18 individually styled rooms with several self-catering properties. The restaurant seats up to 40 guests with optional private dining areas overlooking Loch Voil & Loch Doune. We have a barn which is used for weddings & events which can hold up to 120 guests. Our menus are seasonal & change daily depending on what is growing in our garden or has been forage that day. We have an extensive wine list chosen & tested by the team with a fully stocked bar serving cocktails made with garden ingredients.

What are we looking for?

Luxury restaurant experience in a Supervisory role is required working as part of the team on a day to day basis.

You must be a great communicator, be approachable and guest focussed.

We want personality, passion with a genuine love for food, service & drink.
