Pittormie Castle & Residences, the best kept secret in the Scottish hospitality sector and home to The Eden Club a private members golf, shooting and residence club located on the outskirts of St Andrews, Fife.

The Estate is spread over 20 acres with the castle, residences and leisure facilities maintained to the highest possible standards by a dedicated loyal and hardworking team.

The role:

As a member of the Breakfast team within the Food and Beverage department you will be responsible for delivering the highest standard of service to our members and guests each morning. Providing a warm and friendly welcome, you will welcome returning members like returning friends each day ensuring the breakfast experience exceeds their expectations at all times.

Working within a small team you will ensure all of our food and drinks arrive smoothly and efficiently, always focusing on personalising the customer experience., You will work four or five days from seven including weekends, Shifts commence from 6am each morning so having your own transport to reach us will be essential due to our location.

We are looking for a candidate who not only takes pride in their appearance but the appearance of the restaurant and public areas they will be responsible for, ensuring they are well presented at all times. A keen eye for detail and a desire to achieve the highest standards of service and cleanliness are essential.

Previous experience at 4 - 5 star level is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
