Full Job Description

Due to their continued success, our client is seeking an experienced Building Services Coordinator to join their established team in Glasgow. With an impressive project portfolio, they boast a rich history of delivering high-quality projects and have become a renowned name in the fit-out and refurbishment sector.

As Building Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in organising and appointing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Heating subcontractors, assisting with the management of the commissioning process, and providing technical support to project and design teams on building services matters to ensure the success of all MEPH requirements of the project. You will be an integral member of the team and will be comfortable and motivated in working collaboratively toward the success of a shared goal.

To be considered for this role, you will have a background in Engineering, strong communication skills and demonstrable MEPH experience within the construction industry.
