Building Services Senior Project Manager

About the Role

Reporting to: Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Building Services Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of MEP projects across Scotland. You will oversee multiple projects, ensuring safe, high-quality and compliant delivery, while providing leadership, guidance and development to Project Managers and Contract Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works, including Builder’s Work where required.
• Manage projects from design coordination through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Act as senior interface with clients and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Project Managers and site teams.
• Manage programme, cost and risk in conjunction with the commercial team.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, safety legislation and quality standards.
• Champion a strong health & safety culture across all projects.
• Oversee BIM coordination, commissioning and final handover processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering MEP or Building Services projects at a senior level.
• Strong knowledge of UK and Scottish regulations, including healthcare environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially astute with strong programme control experience.
• Experience working with BIM and modern construction methods (prefabrication/OSM).
