You'll be joining a leading global property and infrastructure consultancy with an established Building Surveying team in Glasgow. The team delivers a significant amount of work through major frameworks, with projects spanning healthcare, education, government estates, job centres and higher education.

With a strong pipeline of work and access to both UK and international projects, this is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor looking to develop within a large, well-established consultancy.

Your new role

• As a Building Surveyor, you'll work as part of an experienced Glasgow-based team delivering a varied range of professional and project-led Building Surveying services.
• You'll be involved across a number of major public-sector frameworks, working on healthcare estates, schools, government buildings and university projects. The role will offer a good balance of office, site and home working, with typically 1-2 days per week spent in the Glasgow office alongside regular site visits.
• There are also opportunities to gain exposure to projects outside of Scotland and potentially work internationally as your career develops.

What you'll need to succeed

• You'll have experience within Building Surveying and a strong understanding of the core responsibilities expected within a consultancy environment.
• MRICS is not a requirement for this position, so applications are welcomed from both chartered and non-chartered Building Surveyors. You should be comfortable working across multiple projects, dealing with clients and stakeholders, and spending time on site when required.
• Most importantly, you'll be looking to develop your Building Surveying career within a collaborative team with exposure to large-scale projects and established frameworks.
