Job purpose: Babington are currently supporting Marston Holdings, Scott & Co with the recruitment of a Business Admin apprentice for their office in Edinburgh.

We are on the lookout for a motivated, and enthusiastic apprentice ready to take the first step in their career.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting team against KPIs
- Carrying out tasks required to facilitate our service offerings
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders via email and telephony
- Providing support for field agents on the day or in advance of visits
- Liaising with 3rd party contacts and book/cancel resource
- Carrying out quality checks on accounts visited by the field team
- Assisting office administration tasks/requirements
- Packaging new field agent kits for postage

What will I learn? As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you will be working towards a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship where training will be delivered during the working week.
The successful candidate will gain real life skills within communication, administration and exploring the importance of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues within a professional environment.
