Business Adviser - Business Banking

You'll serve as the primary point of contact for both prospective and existing customers, handling a wide range of administrative tasks while delivering a simply brilliant experience. You'll need to consistently provide professional and personable customer service, taking full ownership of queries and requests, and actively contributing to the team's overall business objectives. Your role will involve ensuring the highest standards of service quality, developing measures to continually assess and enhance the client experience, and maintaining exceptional levels of data accuracy. You will also need to ensure full adherence to all policies, procedures, and FCA banking regulations. While capable of working independently, you will also be an effective team player with a positive, can-do attitude.,

• A high-level awareness of money laundering, risk assessment and risk management of policies and procedures
