Business Advisory – Senior Manager / Director / Partner

FT Recruitment are exclusively working with a forward-thinking and ambitious accountancy firm in Aberdeen who are looking to strengthen their Business Advisory team with an experienced professional at Senior Manager, Director or Partner level.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of business advisory clients.
• Building strong relationships with business owners and senior stakeholders.
• Providing strategic advice to support business growth, performance and profitability.
• Identifying opportunities to develop existing client relationships and attract new business.
• Supporting and mentoring colleagues, contributing to the development of the wider team.
• Playing an active role in shaping and growing the firm's advisory offering.

Candidates will have a strong background in accountancy and business advisory, with excellent commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted client relationships. You will be confident providing strategic advice, identifying opportunities and supporting business development.
