Full Job Description

At least 6 months with a commitment of 2-3 working days per week, 8 working hours per day (longer duration of internship is preferred).

Nasdaq : TCOM; HKEX : 9961). As Business Development Intern, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients.

You primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying. You will work closely with our Business Development Manager to support the sales cycle and leads generation.

In this Role, youll get to :

  • Assist the business development team with general administrative tasks

  • Prepare weekly and monthly pipeline reports, as well as handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

  • Implement lead nurturing strategies to re-engage with lost or inactive leads and reignite their interest in our offerings.

  • Utilize various channels, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other methods, to generate new business opportunities by targeting and engaging potential clients.

    Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, preferably in Year 3 or above.

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed.

  • Tech-Savvy : Willing to learn new tools such as CRM Tools, LinkedIn and other sales tools (training will be provided)

  • Comfortable with making cold calls and initiating conversations with potential clients

  • Good communication skills on verbal and written in Cantonese and English
