We are seeking Business Development Managers (BDMs) who are passionate about driving growth and excelling in a competitive market. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic field sales team dedicated to enhancing our market presence and customer engagement.,

  • Client Visits: Conduct regular visits to both potential and existing clients across the UK to discuss their needs, present innovative payment solutions, and close sales.

  • Sales Development: Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to identify and nurture new sales opportunities, moving leads through the sales pipeline.

  • Cold Calling: Utilize cold calling and other proactive prospecting techniques to generate new leads and schedule appointments.

  • Market Analysis: Perform thorough market analysis to spot trends, assess competition, and identify potential growth areas.

  • Sales Strategy: Work alongside the sales team to craft and implement robust sales strategies tailored to various UK markets.

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term engagement.

  • Sales Targets: Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals.

  • Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and overall performance.

    Proven experience in field sales, ideally within the payments or financial services sector.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; adept at client and team interactions.

  • Experience collaborating with SDRs and utilising CRM systems effectively.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and travel extensively.

  • Driven to meet sales targets with a results-oriented approach.

  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be open to extensive travel as needed.

    Base Salary: £36,000 to £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience and the size of deals managed.

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to double the base salary, based on performance.

  • Car Allowance/Company Car: Choose between a car allowance of approximately £600 per month or a company car to facilitate travel requirements.
