Full Job Description
- Drive new business opportunities (20-30% of the role) and manage key client accounts to ensure growth and satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers across sectors like Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Healthcare, and more.
- Leverage ERP systems to track and manage opportunities, quotes, and sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and submit timely bids and quotations.
- Organise and attend client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
- Support the team with strategic insights, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
- Act as a problem solver, bringing innovative solutions to the table.
Bell is on the lookout for a dynamic, self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team, covering the Edinburgh and Fife regions with a base in our Newhouse office. If you're passionate about sales, account management, and cultivating long-term client relationships, this role is for you! We're looking for someone hungry for success, eager to make a significant impact and driven to grow our business., Proven experience in new business generation and account management, with a focus on growth and results. - Experienced at selling services in a similar role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly in face-to-face and phone interactions.

- A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset and a passion for achieving targets.
- Experience within the sector is preferred.
- Full UK driving license., sales of services and account management: 3 years (required)
- generating new business: 2 years (required) Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
Up to £45,000.00 per year - Car allowance.
