Full Job Description

As a Business Operations Administrator will be handling communications through emails and telephone calls across the business and to our clients/customers as well as creating checking and filling our documents making sure they are accurate. Duties include:

  • Handling cash accurately and processing banking transactions.
  • Monitoring the quality of outputs to ensure they meet specified requirements and deadlines.
  • Ensuring all correspondence is prepared and issued correctly.

    Do you have experience within administration and looking for your next challenge?, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and email.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.
  • A willingness to learn and apply relevant regulations, including GDPR, and to stay informed of industry developments.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and positive approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
