Business Operations Manager

Our client is a respected, values-led organisation delivering care, wellbeing, advocacy and community support services across the region. Following a period of transformation, they are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to drive performance, lead operational improvement and support the continued development of the organisation.

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, lead senior managers and ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with strategic objectives.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll drive performance, lead change, improve processes and help embed a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Working closely with senior stakeholders, board members and external partners, you'll play a key role in shaping the organisation's future direction.

We're looking for a proven operational leader with experience managing teams, driving organisational performance and leading change within a complex, service-led environment.

You'll be a strategic thinker and strong people leader, capable of balancing operational demands with long-term organisational goals.
