    We are offering an excellent opportunity for someone to become part of a wonderful, inclusive team. As a crucial member, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations by providing essential support in daily activities.

    Key tasks/Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating meetings and events

  • Organisation of travel and accommodation

  • Assisting with diary management

  • Manage the starter/leaver process. For starters, order equipment, book inductions with IT, Security and HSE. Liaise with IT to ensure that equipment is returned / collected for leavers

  • Providing site support including maintaining stationary and stock levels, managing post and parcels, ensuring meeting rooms are maintained

  • Maintain office systems, including data management

  • Supporting the Business Support Managers and Business Support Partners with adhoc requests.

    We seek a candidate with administrative experience, who is adaptable and thrives as a collaborative team member. The ideal candidate will possess keen attentional to detail and exceptional organisational abilities. Good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively will also be key for this role.
