Full Job Description
Duties as a Car Sales Executive:
- Engage with showroom and online customers to identify vehicle preferences and needs
- Guide customers through the complete sales process from enquiry to vehicle handover
- Present vehicle features, warranty plans, finance options, and insurance products
- Conduct accurate vehicle valuations and manage part-exchange transactions
- Maintain detailed customer records and follow up to encourage repeat business
- Stay updated on current promotions, new models, and industry developments
- Consistently meet or surpass personal and team sales targets, including finance and insurance sales
Experience in vehicle sales; experience within a main dealer or franchise environment is preferred - No motor trade experience needed; experience of selling in some capacity is essential
- A professional, target-driven approach with excellent communication skills
- Ability to upsell value-added products and discuss finance packages confidently
- Full UK driving licence
