Full Job Description

Broad Street Respite Unit are currently looking for a new Care Assistant to work full time (36 hours) at their facility in Cowdenbeath., This is a 13-week paid work placement funded by Fife Council via the Life Chances Programme. The aim of this programme is to gain a sustainable job at the end of the funded period or earlier

The ideal candidate must have, or be willing to achieve in the first period of registration, the Social Services and Healthcare SCQF level 6 (equivalent to SVQ2) or equivalent to meet Scottish Social Services Council registration. The successful applicant will also go a disclosure check for working with adults.
