Here is how we support/reward our Care Assistants:

• We Pay for the full shift and not just "Contact Time"


• Full Time - £27,500 + p.a. (Mileage paid at .25p a mile)


• Pension Provided


• Privately Funded Care work available at £16 per Hour and £45p per mile


• Full Training and funding for SVQ Qualifications available


• Part-Time and "Bank" shift work also available
