Care Assistant - Bank worker - Day & Night shift required

Kirk Lodge Limited are recruiting a Care Assistant to cover Day and Night shifts.

As a Care Assistant you will be working as part of a focused and skilled team of fully supported staff who have our residents well-being at the core of all they do.

You will be responsible for providing the highest standards of person centered care to our residents whilst maintaining dignity, respect and well-being.

You should possess a good work ethic with a genuine caring nature.

You will contribute to reviewing the care plans for each resident .

Previous experience for this role is preffered but not essential as you will receive on the job support and training.

Ideal candidate will be able to communicate and interact well with people, be comfortable working as part of a team and can empathise and understand the needs of older people.

SVQ2 qualification in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential as training will be given

From £11.44 an hour - Permanent, Part-time, This post is for bank workers and will include weekend working to cover for annual leave and sickness.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 11 - 33 per week
