Care Assistant - Female

The Role: Supporting clients in Kirkcudbright and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.

£14 per hour Full or Part time hours, permanent contracts,

• We have a limited number of 16hour per week permanent contracts available in this location, with every other weekend off for work life balance. To be eligible for guaranteed hours you must have good general availability, be a driver with a car and be willing to travel across our service area when required (we will always aim to schedule rota's with minimal travel time where we can).
• Paid mileage between visits @45p a mile.

Registration: In Scotland, all care staff register with the SSSC. You must maintain registration and work towards your SVQ2 (funded by Cera; SVQ registration fee payable by employee). Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
