Full Job Description

Thistleknowe Care Home is a small Residential Care Home situated in a quiet area in Beith, Ayrshire. We are looking for a friendly and caring person who is willing to be flexible regarding shifts. Our shift patterns are:
8am - 8pm (Day Shift)
8pm - 8am (Night Shift)

  • Assisting Older Adults with Personal Care including washing, dressing and toilet requirements.

  • Physically assist residents when required.

    • To offer care that is based on dignity, compassion, wellbeing and responsiveness to their changing needs
  • To create and maintain good professional relationships with Clients, their family and friends

  • To look after the emotional, cultural and social needs of the Clients using a person-centered approach
