Full Job Description
We are seeking an organised, compassionate and proactiveCare Coordinatorto join our domiciliary care team. You will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality care is delivered to our service users by effectively scheduling care visits, supporting care staff, and maintaining strong communication with clients and families.
Previous experience in domiciliary care coordination (preferred)

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication and people skills

Confident using scheduling and care management software

Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities

Knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards

A compassionate and professional approach

Must be a driver with a vehicle
