That's why the world's most forward-thinking companies across every major industry turn to us-for a shared commitment to lasting impact and the bold ambition to Be More Than.

Korn Ferry delivers career transition coaching for professionals at all levels and at all stages in their careers. Korn Ferry Associate Coaches, coupled with cutting-edge technology tools and industry-leading career insights, provide an unparalleled level of experience in helping individuals strategically and proactively to drive their careers forward.

What You'll Be Doing

Our Associate coaches cultivate an individual's capabilities to unlock their full potential with a passionate and creative style. In this Associate Coach role, you will be an accountability-partner to help individuals design, reimagine, or explore their career options, helping them create both the vision and the action plan to achieve their career goals. You will help individuals by creating awareness through self-reflection and self-assessment, using our proprietary tools - our approach is guided by the coach and driven by the individual. You will engage with individuals through phone and video calls, emails, and other similar channels, and help them become more aware of their own career management. You will debrief assessments (where applicable) and use powerful questions to help bring awareness to potential blind spots.

Who Are We Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years delivering career coaching, together with assessment feedback experience.

  • Ideally the coaches will have experience in career transition, working with all levels of leaders and employees - being able to support with CV writing, updating bios etc.

  • Fluent language skills in English are essential.

  • An established coaching credential (e.g. ICF/EMCC certification) is highly desirable, not essential.

  • Experience in coaching delivery across large, dynamic, and complex environments with a deep expertise in career transition with a focus on coaching for results.

  • Experience using psychometric assessments to inform coaching goals (e.g., KF certification preferred, experience with assessments of personality traits, competencies and drivers).

  • An empathetic, naturally curious, digitally minded, and client-focused individual with unwavering ethics and integrity.

  • An inclusive collaborator with strong influence skills and a demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and develop and maintain strong partnerships with individuals through your coaching.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with an advanced level degree a plus.

  • Flexible, responsive, and an expert communicator with the ability to work across a geographically dispersed client base.

  • Experience working with proprietary customer-relations management systems (or something similar); Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Korn Ferry is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, or veteran status or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law
