Casual Catering Assistant

Provision of school meals. To undertake, normally under direct supervision, preparation and simple cooking, serving of food, kitchen duties.
o Basic food prep, simple cooking, sandwich & salad preparation
o General kitchen & dining room duties, eg. Setting up and clearing away equipment, crockery and tables, cleaning of kitchen
o Maintaining good hygiene, Health & Safety and customer relations within the unit.
o Other duties as requested by the Senior Catering Assistant/Catering Supervisor.
