Full Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests, residents, or clients warmly upon arrival
  • Helping guests, including luggage handling and package deliveries
  • Deliver the guest's mail, newspapers and express check out bills to their rooms
  • Always demonstrates a high level of customer service
  • Implement security and emergency procedures when required

    • The Person:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoys working as part of a team and independently
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
