Full Job Description
Dundee United Football Club is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Casual Front of House Staff to join our Hospitality Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an exciting stadium environment, supporting matchdays and a variety of events throughout the year. Whether you're welcoming supporters, serving food and drinks or helping deliver exceptional hospitality experiences, you'll play an important role in creating memorable moments for every guest. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service to supporters, guests and visitors.
- Serving food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
- Assisting customers with enquiries and providing information where needed.
- Operating tills and processing cash and card payments.
- Setting up and clearing hospitality areas before and after events.
- Keeping service areas clean, well-stocked and presented to a high standard.
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

- Is reliable, flexible and able to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Previous experience in hospitality, catering, retail or customer service is desirable but not essential. If you have barista, food service or cash handling experience, that's a bonus-but we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
