Casual Guest Service Agent - Night Porter

Whether it's the hotel's retro and relaxed ambience the casually dressed professional staff team or the console games being played in the lounge; this
is a fun place to work and a fabulous place for guests to enjoy.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills and enjoy working with a busy and
passionate staff across all the front of house aspect of the business. You will be well presented eager to exceed customer expectations and be able to deliver a warm and welcoming approach.

You will ideally have experience within a similar role or have worked in customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Checking guests in and out of the hotel


• Dealing with guest enquiries


• Taking payments


• Liaising with the appropriate departments to maintain a high quality service for our
  customers


• Knowledge of OPERA


• Serving food and drinks to our guests
