Full Job Description

  • Taking and processing card payments using EPOS systems.
  • Providing excellent customer service to supporters, guests, and hospitality clients.
  • Assisting with food preparation, presentation, and service where required.
  • Ensuring food displays, service counters, and hospitality areas remain fully stocked and presentable.
  • Supporting the team to maintain quick and efficient service during busy periods.
  • Assisting with the setup and breakdown of food service areas before and after events.
  • Working across a variety of hospitality and food service areas throughout the stadium as required.
  • Following food safety procedures and maintaining good allergen awareness, responding appropriately to customer enquiries when required.

  • Keeping workstations, service areas, and back-of-house spaces clean and organised.
  • Maintaining high standards of personal presentation and hygiene.
  • Following all health and safety procedures and company policies.
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties as required.
  • Reporting any maintenance, safety, or operational concerns to supervisors and managers promptly., Whether you're serving supporters on a sold-out Hibernian FC matchday, supporting a hospitality suite, or assisting at a corporate event, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

    This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for hospitality, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service., Previous hospitality, catering, food service, or customer service experience is preferred.
