Casual Kitchen Porter

The Kitchen Porter supports the kitchen team by ensuring the kitchen, equipment and service areas are kept clean, organised and ready for service.

• Washing and cleaning kitchen equipment, crockery and utensils.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
• Supporting chefs with basic food preparation and kitchen duties.
• Keeping storage and work areas clean and organised.
• Ensuring waste is disposed of correctly.
• Assisting with deliveries and stock movement when required.
• Following all food safety, health & safety and hygiene procedures.
• Supporting the wider Hospitality team during busy events and services.
