Full Job Description
- Providing overnight support in the hotel
- Contribute to a positive guest experience from Check in to Check out, by delivering exceptional customer service
- Responding to guest queries in an efficient manner
- High compliance with Health and Safety regulations
- Preparing facilities for the following day
- , Greet and assist late-night guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
- Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare audit reports
- Monitor hotel security and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and care
