Casual Night Porter to support the overnight operation of the hotel, ensuring guests experience seamless, attentive service while maintaining accuracy, security and operational excellence throughout the night.,

• Deliver refined overnight guest service at the Front Desk
• Act as the lead point of contact for guests during night hours
• Maintain hotel security and safety standards overnight
• Support a smooth handover for the morning Front of House Team., Manage guest requests promptly and professionally
• Respond professionally to guest requests and resolve issues
• Monitor security, access and safety compliance
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance & Front of House teams.
  
  Calm, professional and confident working independently overnight
• Guest-focused with excellent communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Trustworthy, reliable and comfortable taking ownership
• Flexible to work night shifts and support hotel operations.
  
  Hourly Rate of £12.71
