As a Casual Sales Assistant at our brand-new Dundee store, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences and supporting the success of our launch. This customer-facing role is all about driving loyalty and sales through bespoke, personalised service, inspiring customers through your passion for our products and brand. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work flexibly to support various departments when needed, from front-of-house styling to maintaining back-of-house excellence.

• Be the first point of contact - greet and engage with customers
• Step in to support colleagues on tills when required
• Deliver a world-class customer experience that stands out in the marketplace
• Support customers with confidence, actively listening to their preferences and needs
• Promote and demonstrate multichannel services to drive sales and loyalty
• Maintain high personal and visual presentation standards
• Contribute ideas and energy to in-store events and brand activations
• Drive loss prevention awareness throughout your work
• Follow all health and safety policies and store procedures at all times
