Casual Welcome Host

As a Meet & Greet Welcome Host/Hostess at Scottish Gas Murrayfield, you will have plenty of responsibilities and opportunities to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team.

• Greet guests promptly with a warm, friendly, and professional approach
• Provide clear directions and information about the venue, event, and hospitality facilities
• Assist with ticket scanning and guest registration where required
• Liaise with security and event teams to help manage guest flow and resolve access issues
• Respond to guest enquiries courteously and effectively
• Help maintain the appearance and presentation of entrance and reception areas
• Offer a welcoming and memorable experience for all guests
• Ensure health & safety procedures and venue standards are followed

• Ability to stay calm and composed in busy, fast-paced environments
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event roles desirable but not essential
