As a Catering Supervisor, you will lead a team of catering staff to ensure a safe, efficient, and customer-focused food service operation that meets all standards, food hygiene regulations, and dietary requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day to day operation of hospital catering services
• Lead, motivate, and support catering staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure meals are prepared, presented, and served to the highest standards
• Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
• Manage staff rotas, attendance, and training requirements
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience supervising or leading a team
• Previous experience in a catering, hospitality, or food service environment
• Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy healthcare environment
• A customer-focused approach with attention to detail
