Full Job Description

A Service Desk Analyst is required to be part of a busy CDi Service Desk Team, supporting core business applications such as Microsoft Windows OS and SCTS case management systems. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service to all users and must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multi-skilled team.
