Full Job Description

As Cellar Manager, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cellar Person to support the smooth running of our cellars. This role is primarily focused on cellar management, including handling deliveries, stock rotation, and maintaining a clean and organised cellar.,

  • To take charge and control the organisation of stocks and deliveries whilst managing budget lines for the cellar.
  • To manage the cellar budget ensuring all invoices are checked and processed correctly following company policy and to deal with any discrepancies of orders and invoices in a swift and efficient manner.
  • Rotate stock to ensure proper stock control and minimise waste.
  • Keep the cellar clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards
  • Ensure correct storage conditions for all beverages.
  • To be present for and oversee all internal and external stocktakes and audits.

    Minimum of 2 years managing the cellar operation in an events and catering environment.
  • Proven track record of managing internal stocktakes and observation of external audits.
  • Food Safety Level 2 Certificate
  • Experience using a diary management systems.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate a high level of organisation and time management.
  • Excellent record keeping.
