Job Description

Based at various locations you will work full time, 37 hours per week (35 hours October - March, Monday - Friday 8am - 3.30pm, 39 hours April - September, Monday - Thursday 8am - 4.30pm, Friday 8am - 3.30pm). Requirements

You will have City and Guilds or equivalent SVQ in horticulture. You will have certificate in herbicide application (PA1/PA6).

Responsibilities

You will carry out various disciplines of grounds maintenance within the Environmental Management Division ensuring the required standards of workmanship are achieved.

The Individual

You will have considerable working knowledge of grounds maintenance activities along with sound knowledge of health and safety requirements. You will have good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team and motivate staff. You will be responsible for resources and be committed to produce a quality service with strong customer focus. A full driving licence is required.
