To support the Executive Chef in delivering high-quality, safe, and nutritious meals, ensuring excellent service, food safety compliance, and customer satisfaction across all services and events.,

• Assist with food preparation, service, menu planning, and ordering
• Supervise kitchen staff and support daily operations
• Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and complete required food safety records
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Support school events, functions, and lettings as required
