Full Job Description
Seaforth House (Dingwall, IV7 8ED) is a small care home offering respite care for people with a variety of disabilities and special needs.
As Chef you will be well organised, catering to the special needs of residents and ensuring the meals provided and workspace management are of high standard.
Your day-to-day key responsibilities entail but are not limited to -
Delegation to kitchen assistants and collaboration with fellow chefs
Maintain a balanced level of stock
Order the appropriate amount of inventory to replenish stock, in a timely manner
Maintain safety standards in the designated areas
