Full Job Description

Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner

- Support fine dining and hospitality events

- Train and mentor new team members

- Follow recipes and maintain kitchen records

- Assist with stock checks, orders, and deep cleans

Relevant culinary qualification (NVQ Level 1/Level 2 or equivalent). Trained to Chef de Partie level.

- Team player with effective communication skills.

- Confident, flexible, and innovative.

- Able to pass DBS and security vetting (UK resident for 3+ years).

Location: Fort George Barracks, near Inverness, IV2 7TD Pay rate: £13.50 per hour Contract type: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working 1 weekend per month with 2 days off during the week Shift times: Between 0600 and 2000
