Full Job Description
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment., Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant position.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Understanding of food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Certification from a culinary school is a plus.
